Application For Grant Requests

Please be sure to read the Grant Guidelines section of this site before applying to the CapeBank Charitable Foundation. To apply for funding, applicants must submit the following items:

1. Provide concise (1-2 pages) explanation of your organization's mission. Please include information regarding your geographic reach, number of clients served, programs in place, etc.
2. Information on the population that your organization serves, including geographic location, socioeconomic status, demographics and how this population will benefit from the project or grant.
3. Appropriate backup material, including budgets, schedules, population reached, proposed outcome/solutions, etc.
4. If your organization has received a grant from Cape Bank or the CapeBank Charitable Foundation in the past, please include a brief update on how the previous grant money was used.
